□熱電偶溫度(du)變(bian)送器校驗步驟(zou)
1、校(xiao)驗(yan)時,在(zai)輸入端接入電(dian)位差計,輸出信號(hao)為電(dian)動勢,在(zai)輸出端接上(shang)24VDC穩(wen)壓電(dian)源(yuan)并串(chuan)接上(shang)標準電(dian)流表。
2、調(diao)零:反(fan)接信(xin)號輸入(ru)線,使電(dian)位(wei)差(cha)計輸出校驗現(xian)場室溫對(dui)應電(dian)動勢,調(diao)整電(dian)位(wei)器Z,使電(dian)流表讀數(shu)為4mA。
3、調(diao)滿:正接(jie)信號(hao)輸(shu)入線,使(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)位差(cha)計(ji)(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)滿量程對(dui)應(ying)電(dian)(dian)動勢,調(diao)整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)位器S,使(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)流表讀(du)數(shu)為(wei)(wei)20mA。(該電(dian)(dian)動勢為(wei)(wei)滿度電(dian)(dian)動勢減(jian)去室溫對(dui)應(ying)電(dian)(dian)動勢后(hou)的(de)值)例:在校驗現場室溫為(wei)(wei)7℃,輸(shu)入信號(hao)為(wei)(wei)K,量程為(wei)(wei)0~1000℃的(de)溫度變(bian)送(song)器標定,通過查(cha)表得知(zhi)7℃對(dui)應(ying)電(dian)(dian)動勢為(wei)(wei)0.277mV,1000℃對(dui)應(ying)電(dian)(dian)動勢這41.269mV,反接(jie)后(hou),電(dian)(dian)位差(cha)計(ji)(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)0.277mV,調(diao)整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)位器Z,使(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)流表讀(du)數(shu)為(wei)(wei)4mA;正接(jie)后(hou)電(dian)(dian)位差(cha)計(ji)(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)讀(du)數(shu)為(wei)(wei)40.992mV(41.269mV~0.277mV),調(diao)整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)位器S,使(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)流表讀(du)數(shu)為(wei)(wei)20mA。
□熱(re)電阻溫度變送器校驗步驟
1、標(biao)定時(shi),按(an)以上典型(xing)接線圖(tu)接線,在輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)端接入(ru)(ru)標(biao)準電(dian)阻(zu)箱(如ZX-25a),在輸(shu)出端接上24VDC穩壓電(dian)源并串接上標(biao)準電(dian)流表。
2、改變信號源發生器(電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)箱(xiang)),使之等于量(liang)程的下限值(zhi),調整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位器Z,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表的讀(du)數為(wei)4mA,改變信號源,使之等于量(liang)程的上(shang)限值(zhi),調整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位器S,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表的讀(du)數為(wei)20mA即可。例(li):輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入型號為(wei)Pt100量(liang)程為(wei)0~100℃的溫度變送(song)器。正確接線后(hou),電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)箱(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)100Ω,調整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位器Z,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表讀(du)數為(wei)4mA;電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)箱(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)讀(du)數為(wei)138.50Ω(即熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)在100℃時相對應的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)),調整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位器S,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表的讀(du)數為(wei)20mA。
